We’ve all had fat bombs and mug cakes on their own, but when mashed up, you get... F(at)BOMB Mug Cake!

Fatbomb Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS

Frosting:


Mug Cake:

  • 1 packet FBOMB® House Blend Oil
  • 3 T. Almond Flour
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 1 T. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg

PREPARATION

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk and chill for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
 
Mug Cake:
Pour FBOMB® House Blend Oil into mug then add almond flour, sweetener (if using), cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Add egg and mix until smooth. Microwave for about 90 seconds. Let cool before frosting.

Note: Taste both components before baking or chilling. Use a zester to add a sprinkle of macadamia as garnish prior to serving.
