This keto mug cake recipe is delicious and couldn't be easier to make! And it's great that it only takes 5 minutes. That means whenever you get a chocolate craving, you can have a fluffy and comforting chocolate cake within minutes.

We’ve all had fat bombs and mug cakes on their own, but when mashed up, you get... F(at)BOMB Mug Cake!
Recipe Details:

- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 90 seconds
Ingredients:
Frosting:
- 1 packet FBOMB® Salted Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Mug Cake:
- 1 packet FBOMB® House Blend Oil
- 3 tablespoons Almond Flour
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Large Egg
Preparation:
Frosting:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk and chill for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
Mug Cake:
- Pour FBOMB® House Blend Oil into mug then add almond flour, sweetener (if using), cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Mix until combined.
- Add egg and mix until smooth.
- Microwave for about 90 seconds. Let cool before frosting.
Note: Taste both components before baking or chilling. Use a zester to add a sprinkle of macadamia nuts as garnish prior to serving.
