Powdered sugar is preferable to granulated in this recipe, but you can make it work with the granulated, especially if you pulse it for a minute in a blender.

How to use Substitutes for this Paleo Brownie Recipe
Depending on what you have in your pantry, you can swap out quite a lot in this recipe.
Technically, butter is not paleo unless it's clarified, and then it's called ghee. However, many paleo-dieters still eat butter, because it has lower levels of lactose and there's debate about whether butter truly is "dairy."

- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the FBOMB House Blend Oil, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining dry ingredients.
