Keto Chocolate Macadamia Nut Butter Cereal Bites

Recipe Information:

  • Yield: 15 pieces
  • Serving size: 1 piece
  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a small pan, melt butter on low-medium heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir.
  3. Add macadamia nut butter and continue stirring.
  4. Take pan off heat and add cereal. Stir until well combined.
  5. Add cereal to bottom of silicone molds and press down with the back of a spoon.
  6. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again. Be careful not to overheat your chocolate to prevent it from burning.
  7. Spoon melted chocolate over cereal and let cool.
  8. To speed up the process, place silicone mold in the fridge for at least an hour.
