Recipe Details:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews 
  • ⅓ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup raw sunflower seeds 
  • ¼ cup FBOMB Macadamia Oil
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or tart cherries

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. Add almonds and cashews into a food processor or blender and roughly chop into pieces. (Or rough chop the nuts by hand with a chef’s knife).
  3. Heat macadamia oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat in a large saucepan, for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 
  4. Add the seeds and nuts to the pot and stir together, mixing well.
  5. Spread granola onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and add dried cranberries; press into the granola to combine.
  6. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes until the granola hardens and cools. Break apart into chunks and serve.
