Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- ⅓ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup FBOMB Macadamia Oil
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ cup dried cranberries or tart cherries
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Add almonds and cashews into a food processor or blender and roughly chop into pieces. (Or rough chop the nuts by hand with a chef’s knife).
- Heat macadamia oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat in a large saucepan, for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Add the seeds and nuts to the pot and stir together, mixing well.
